Viewing panel for IndieCork Festival

IndieCork Film & Music Festival is looking for individuals to join our Viewing Panel for the 2022 edition.
We’re seeking committed individuals with a strong interest in cinema and an affinity for non-mainstream filmmaking. The opportunity is ideally suitable for those with an interest in film festivals and programming. However, we value and would like to encourage voices from all backgrounds, age groups, and interests.
Those on the Viewing Panel will be expected to watch 100 films (of variable durations across feature, mid-length, and short films) between 1st March 2022 and July 31st 2022. The viewing can be done at your own pace over the five months. The panel will be required to take part in one meeting per month with the Festival Programming team to give feedback on their viewing, also to write short notes on films viewed.
Candidates can be based anywhere but should be fluent in English. We particularly welcome people from Cork City & County. This is voluntary work which makes a vital contribution to our festival and which we greatly appreciate. The Viewing Panel will work in a supportive environment with the programming team.
